Terms of Service

Last updated: 2 August 2026

Welcome to TMA, operated by Breezy ArtDrop Studios. These terms govern your access to and use of our platform. Please read them carefully — they explain your rights and responsibilities, including how payments are processed via Paystack.

1Acceptance of Terms

By creating an account or using TMA ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an institution, you confirm that you are authorised to bind that institution to these terms.

2The Service

TMA is a software platform that helps schools, tutoring centres, and academies manage sessions, students, tutors, results, resources, and payments through role-based dashboards for administrators, tutors, students, and parents.

The Service is developed and operated by Breezy ArtDrop Studios. We continually improve the Service and may add, change, or remove features over time.

3Accounts & Responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and up-to-date information.
  • Keep your password secure and notify us of any unauthorised access.
  • Use the Service lawfully and respect the rights of other users.
  • Ensure that any data you upload is accurate and that you have the right to share it.

4Subscriptions & Payments

Access to the Service is offered through subscription plans billed in GHS. All payments are processed by Breezy ArtDrop Studios via Paystack, a PCI-DSS Level 1 compliant payment processor. Payments may be made via mobile money, card, or bank transfer.

  • Subscriptions renew automatically according to the plan you select.
  • Fees are charged at the start of each billing period.
  • Your institution administrator manages the subscription and billing for your institution.
  • By completing a payment, you agree to Paystack's Terms of Service (paystack.com/terms) in addition to these terms.
  • Breezy ArtDrop Studios appears as the merchant on your payment statement.

Each plan includes stated limits — on the number of students, teachers and staff, and on which parts of the platform are available. These limits are enforced by the Service. If your institution reaches a limit, you can continue using everything you already have and will be asked to upgrade before adding more.

The plans, their prices and what each includes are published on our pricing page and in your institution settings, and are the same in both places.

Failure to maintain an active subscription may result in suspension of access until payment is resolved.

5Refunds & Cancellations

Subscription fees are non-refundable once a billing period has commenced, except where required by applicable law. If you believe a charge was made in error, contact us at support@tutoringmanager.com within 7 days of the transaction date and we will review your case.

You may cancel your subscription at any time through your institution settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

6School Fees Are Paid To Your Institution

TMA charges institutions a subscription. It is not a payment processor for school fees.

  • When a parent pays a school through TMA, the money goes directly to that institution using the payment details the institution itself has published — its own mobile money number, bank account or payment link.
  • Breezy ArtDrop Studios never receives, holds or transmits school fees, and takes no commission on them.
  • Invoices are marked paid by the institution once it confirms the money has arrived. A parent reporting a payment in the app is a claim, not a receipt.
  • Any dispute about school fees is between the family and the institution. We will help with records, but we cannot refund money we never held.

7Attendance, Biometrics And Staff Monitoring

Some features record information about identifiable people beyond ordinary academic use. If your institution turns them on, it accepts responsibility for using them lawfully:

  • Biometric and card attendance — the institution must obtain any consent required from parents and staff before enrolling a person, and must explain what is recorded and why. TMA provides manual registers as a full alternative.
  • Gate records — entry and exit times are kept as an audit trail alongside the daily register.
  • Staff daily reports — these are a record of an employee's own account of their work. Institutions must use them in line with local employment law, and must not use them for purposes staff were not told about.

You must not use these features to track people for any purpose unrelated to running the institution.

8Artificial Intelligence

The Service generates lessons, questions, quizzes and tutoring replies using AI, metered in credits.

  • AI output can be inaccurate or incomplete. It is a teaching aid and must not be the sole basis of instruction, assessment or any decision about a student.
  • Institutions and teachers remain responsible for what is taught and for reviewing material before relying on it.
  • Generated lessons are stored and reused across institutions so the same topic is not generated twice. They are written without student names and carry no personal information.
  • Credits are consumed when a request is made, including where the result is not used. Unused credits do not expire while a subscription is active and are not refundable in cash.

9Acceptable Use

You agree not to misuse the Service. In particular, you must not attempt to disrupt the platform, gain unauthorised access to data, upload harmful content, or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

10Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, software, and branding, is owned by Breezy ArtDrop Studios and TMA. Content you upload remains yours — you simply grant us the limited permission needed to host and display it within your institution's portal.

11Limitation of Liability

The Service is provided "as is." While we work hard to keep it reliable and secure, we cannot guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free. To the fullest extent permitted by law, Breezy ArtDrop Studios and TMA are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from your use of the Service.

12Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time. We may suspend or terminate access if these terms are breached. Upon termination, your right to use the Service ends, though certain provisions (such as intellectual property and liability) survive termination.

13Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ghana. Any disputes arising out of or relating to these Terms or the Service shall be subject to the jurisdiction of the courts of Ghana.

14Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
